This policy explains how Lessgo Mobility (“Lessgo”, “we”, “us”) handles information on this website, lessgomobility.tech. It applies to the website only. The Lessgo rider and driver apps are not yet available and will have their own privacy policy when they launch.
2.What we collect through this website
Right now this website is informational. It has no accounts, sign-up forms, comments or payment features, so we do not ask for or store your name, phone number, email address, location or payment details here.
Like most websites, the server that delivers our pages may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site running, secure and fast, and to understand in general terms how much the site is used.
3.Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use advertising or behavioural tracking. We do not run third-party analytics scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own site rather than from third-party services, so your browser does not contact other companies just to display our pages.
The one exception is a small privacy notice banner. When you dismiss it, we store a single flag (lessgo:notice-dismissed) in your browser’s local storage so it doesn’t show again on your next visit. This flag stays on your device, is never sent to our servers, and contains no personal information. You can clear it at any time through your browser’s site settings.
If we add analytics or other tools in future, we will update this policy first and describe what they do.

This site may link to other websites or app stores. Those services are run by other people and have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Please read their policies before sharing personal information with them.
5.The Lessgo apps
Once the rider and driver apps launch, using them will involve information such as phone number, trip locations and trip history. Before any of that is collected, we will publish an app privacy policy that explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
6.Your choices and rights
Because we do not collect personal information through this site beyond routine server logs, there is generally nothing to access, correct or delete. You can use your browser settings to control cookies and similar technologies, and you can browse the site without providing any personal information.
7.Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
