These terms apply to your use of the Lessgo website at lessgomobility.tech (the “Site”), operated by Lessgo Mobility (“Lessgo”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2.What the Site is for
The Site provides information about Lessgo, a mobility platform being built for the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. It is not a booking service. Ride booking, driver onboarding and any related services will be offered through the Lessgo apps and will be governed by separate terms that you will be asked to accept when those services launch.
3.Information on the Site
We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but the platform is still being built. Descriptions of features, availability, coverage areas and timelines are informational and may change without notice. Screens and illustrations shown on the Site are examples of what the product may look like and do not represent actual fares, driver availability or live trips.
4.Acceptable use
When using the Site you agree not to:
- break any applicable law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or related systems, or disrupt their normal operation;
- use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the Site; or
- copy, reproduce or misrepresent the Site’s content in a way that suggests it comes from someone other than Lessgo.
5.Intellectual property
The Lessgo name, logo, design, text, graphics and other content on the Site belong to Lessgo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share its address, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission. The fonts used on the Site are open-source and remain under their own licences.
6.Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
7.Disclaimers and limits of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lessgo does not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8.Changes to the Site and these terms
We may change or discontinue any part of the Site, and may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
